Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect color, or size selection.
Please ensure you are absolutely certain of your color and size choices before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement at our discretion, provided the following conditions are met:
The issue is reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
The original item is returned to us in unused condition.
The damage is verified by our team upon receipt of the returned item.
To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer service team with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and, if approved, arrange for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
As all products are custom-made, no items are eligible for return unless they meet the damaged or defective criteria outlined above.
